A: Draco Precision consists of only one person. Braden Wingham is the owner/designer.

Q: Are Draco Parts made in Japan?

A: No, currently Draco Parts are made in China. There are plans to make parts in Japan in the future.

Q: Can Draco Precision do custom projects?

A: Yes, I can make custom parts for customers. Due to the small quantities and design costs of designing a part custom projects are $200USD and up.

Q: What currency do you use on your website?

A: The default currency is in US Dollars. If you wish to pay in another currency please email Braden at info@draco-jp.com.

Q: Why do I sometimes receive a small refund after I make an order?

A: In order to save as much money as possible and completely cover shipping costs, there are times when the amount received is too much. In this case there will be a partial refund of the shipping cost. All shipping is paid in Japanese Yen so as the exchange rate fluctuates changes need to be made to shipping costs, therefore customers may receive a partial refund. This refund will be refunded to either PayPal or the source of your payment.

Q: Is it possible to use a cheaper shipping option?

A: There are no other cheaper options available. Japan Post EMS is the cheapest and fastest option to ship internationally from Japan.

Q: I live on a remote island so my past orders have taken over a month to arrive. Can I ship using a faster method?

A: Yes, you can contact Braden to arrange another option, but these costs will be covered by the customer. In the past UPS and FedEx have been requested by customers to ship items faster. These services are often over $100USD depending on destination.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept on your website?

A: Only Paypal and Credit Card payments are accepted on the website. In Japan, there are limited options for payments but as they become available they will be added to the site.
