Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

As Draco Precision is a small independent producer of parts, pre-orders are gathered before manufacturing a product. This ensures the product is popular enough to put into production and helps raise funds for the upfront production costs. The products will not ship until they arrive which will take at least 6-8 weeks from the submission date. The number of orders received will be provided on the products page and kept up to date.

• Once a pre-order is made the customer secures their requested quantity of the product

• Refunds available only until the product is submitted for production at which no refunds can be given (This will be communicated on the product page)

• Once pre-order target is reached parts will be submitted for production

• If pre-order target is not reached all customers will receive a full refund

• Draco Precision reserves the right to select pre-order target number (this target is shared on website and updated as orders are received)

• Actual product may change slightly to picture (Logos/Logo’s placement/colour of coating etc)

Terms and Conditions/Shipping Details:

• All items are shipped via Japan Post using either EMS (fastest, most expensive and safest option) or International ePacket Light (cheaper and slower option). Please choose the desired shipping option once you have entered your country in the check out. Both options are not available for all countries.

• Items will ship from Japan.

• Be sure to check your email for tracking information and/or order fulfillment.

• Draco Precision uses Japan Post services

• Service availability to countries is always changing, if shipping is not available for your country you will be contacted for other options

• Shipping can take anywhere from 5-21 days depending on shipping conditions, selected shipping option and country

• Draco Precision is not responsible for shipping delays

• Once the item is shipped and arrives in the destination country, it is the responsibility of the customer to finalise shipping arrangements (if the delivery company cannot deliver the package due to the customer not being home etc)

• Draco Precision is not responsible for lost or damaged items. All products are checked and packaged prior to shipping

• Products Ship within 1-4 Days

• Actual product may change slightly between prototype and final production version (Logo or Logo’s placement/colour of coating etc)

• Products pictured are the products you will receive

• Any additional tariffs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not Draco Precision
